Orin is a Creative Director and Designer who uses his skills as an Unreal Engine Artist and 3D Generalist to leverage cutting-edge technology in the creative process to construct worlds in which stories unfold. He explores speculative scenarios and alternative fictions using tools that range from real time game engines, CGI, VFX and immersive media. Currently Orin is a co-founder of creative studio RAWx, as well as a faculty member of SCI-Arc’s Fiction and Entertainment Postgraduate Program.
With a background in architecture (KULeuven, BE), CGI and filmmaking (SCI-Arc, USA), Orin garnished strong interests in culture, fashion, music and spatial design. His work ranges from art and spatial installations, concert visuals and music videos to film and animation as well as fashion editorials
that operate in the spaces between design and fiction. He strives to create radical new aesthetics and narratives through the creative misuse of technologies.
